WAYCROSS — Ware County defeated Statesboro 1062-1051 Friday in riflery action.
    The Blue Devils (1-2) were led by Kristian Oren (271), Brandon Ivey (261), Andrew Dollar (260) and Lucas Frink (259).
    Statesboro returns to the range Thursday when it hosts St. Vincent's.

Westminster takes down Lady Gators
    AUGUSTA — Westminster knocked off the Bulloch Academy Lady Gators (13-4, 1-3 Region 4-IAAA) Friday by a score of 54-44.
    Hailey Burke led BA with 17 points and Anna Newton scored 16.
    The Gators face Augusta Prep Tuesday at 6 p.m.
