CHARLESTON, S.C. — Garrett Chapman went 4-for-5 at the plate as the Georgia Southern Eagles scored three runs in the fourth inning to defeat the College of Charleston Cougars 7-3 on Wednesday. Chapman scored two runs and drove in two more with a double in the seventh inning. Chapman singled in his first three at-bats and scored a lead off run in the fourth inning on a throwing error by the third baseman.
