The Savannah State Tigers have gone through a lot of turmoil this past offseason. They’ve seen arrests, racial discrimination lawsuits from former coaches and players and a boatload of attrition. But when the Tigers (2-9 in 2009) come to Paulson Stadium for Saturday’s 6 p.m. kickoff against Georgia Southern, they won’t be without a gameplan.
