The Georgia Southern Eagles have spent the fall learning a new offense, a new defense and a lot of new techniques installed by Jeff Monken and his first-year coaching staff. Today at 4 p.m. in Paulson Stadium, GSU will practice one thing it hasn’t gotten around to — what happens when the game starts? The Eagles will simulate game situations, not only on the field, but in the press box where the coaches will be reading the field and relaying calls, as they hold a scrimmage, or more accurately, a dress rehearsal.
