Bulloch County — Robert Leon Neal, Sr. age 82 passed away Thursday, February 7, 2019 at his home while under the care of his family and Hospice Savannah. Mr. Neal was born in Bulloch County on January 25, 1937 to the late Elbert Leon Neal and Laurie Shuman Neal.
