Mrs. Rosa Mae Lester Bradshaw
STATESBORO, Ga. -- Mrs. Rosa Mae Lester Bradshaw, age 91, passed into rest Friday, October 5, 2018, at the Ogeechee Area Hospice inpatient facility.
    The Bulloch County native was the daughter of the late Rufus and Rosa Lawton Lester and resided in Miami, Florida, many years before returning to Statesboro, Georgia. At an early age, she became a member of the Middle Ground Church of God. Mrs. Bradshaw was a former employee of the Dade County School System.
    She leaves to cherish her memories: her sons, Lee (Crystal) Bradshaw, Miami, Fla.; David (Pamela) Bradshaw, Statesboro, Ga.; Rufus (Dee Dee) Bradshaw, Miami, Fla.; and Sandra Bradshaw, Omaha, Neb.; a sister, Elnora Hill, Statesboro, Ga.; a brother, Hollywed Lester, Miami, Fla.; a host of grandchildren, other relatives and friends.
    The family will receive friends on Friday, October 19, 2018, from 5 p.m. to 7 p.m. in the chapel of Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
    The funeral service for Mrs. Bradshaw will be held 11 a.m. Saturday, October 20, 2018, at the Elm Street Church of God with the Rev. Archie Byrd officiating and the Rev. Alexander Smith Jr., pastor. Burial will be held in the Lee Cemetery.
    Final rites have been entrusted to Hill’s Mortuary, Inc.
