Statesboro, Ga. — Mrs. Eloise Tucker Brannen, age 87, died on Thursday, May 31, 2018, at the Ogeechee Area Hospice inpatient facility in Statesboro. Eloise was born in Bulloch County, the daughter of Susie Scott Tucker and Eddie Frank Tucker.
