Mr. Calvin Wilson, age 52, passed peacefully with his family at his bedside on Tuesday, June 5th, under the care of Ogeechee Area Hospice. He was a Bulloch County native and was employed with Orafol of America in Bryan County until his health failed.
He was a member of the St. Paul Baptist Church of Register, Ga. He was a 1985 graduate of Statesboro High School.
He is survived by his loving wife, Mrs. Angie Wilson of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving daughters, Kimberly Wilson, Cadeesha Wilson, Brittney (Richard) Ellison and Hillary Coleman, all of Statesboro, Ga.; a loving son, Willie (Tyra) Wilson of Statesboro, Ga.; his loving sisters, Andrea Donaldson, Shirley Wilson and Frankie Wilson, all of Register, Ga.; his loving brothers, Robbie Wilson and Eric Wilson, both of Statesboro, Ga.; two loving grandchildren, La'Kaden Moore and Aubrey Moore, both of Statesboro, Ga.; a loving father-in-law, Mr. Robert Mincey of Statesboro, Ga.; a loving sister-in-law, Sabrina Mincey of Statesboro, Ga.; a loving brother-in-law, Anthony (Yolanda) Mincey of Glennville, Ga.; and a host of other relatives and friends.
Family and friends' visitation will be Friday, June 15, 2018, from 7-8 p.m. in the chapel of Craig R. Tremble Funeral Home, Statesboro Chapel.
The homegoing celebration for Mr. Calvin Wilson will be Saturday, June 16, 2018, at 2 p.m. at the St. Paul Missionary Baptist Church, 697 St. Paul Church Lane, Register, GA, with the Rev. Shun Newson, presiding/pastor, and Elder Donald Chavers as eulogist. Interment will be held in the church cemetery.
