Tuesday’s guest on the “Mornings unPHILtered” show was Donna Fisher an associate professor of Economics at Georgia Southern. Fisher just returned from a trip to Botswana in Southern Africa. Fisher took 10 Georgia Southern students and three faculty members to the University of Botswana campus in the capital city of Gabarone, where they studied in classrooms there.
