A bystander caught a shoplifting arrest on video Saturday as one of four suspects drove away leaving behind a fellow suspect as he and a police officer were leaning against the car. Three suspects involved in the felony shoplifting incident at Belk Saturday were jailed, but warrants were issued for the woman who fled, Tracy Delaine Kirkland, 37, Red Oak Road, Swainsboro.
