A Statesboro man remains in critical condition after a crash Monday night on Fair Road.
Ephrain Castillo-Martinez, of a Highway 301 South address, was driving on Fair Road near Veteran’s Memorial Parkway around 7:54 p.m. Monday when Joshua Grier Tilley, of North Peachtree Road in Dunwoody, pulled a Ford Mustang into the path of Castillo-Martinez’s Ford Explorer, said Georgia State Patrol Post 45 Trooper First-Class Jonathan Malone.
After the collision, both men were transported to a hospital by Bulloch County EMS, said GSP Post 45 secretary Ginger Robbins.
Castillo-Martinez, 22, suffered a severe injury and was transported to a Savannah hospital.
Tilley, 42, was treated and released. He was issued a citation for failure to yield when turning left, she said.
