A 20-year-old man was arrested Saturday on charges of statutory rape and child molestation, according to a Statesboro police incident report. Anda Deck Farley Jr., 20, of Wildwood Villas, was charged after police investigated and found evidence he engaged in a sexual relationship with a 13-year-old girl, police said. Officers responded around 4 p.m. Saturday to Wildwood Circle and placed Farley under arrest, a report states.
