The problem at Langston Chapel with the lunch program is that half the students are on free lunch and never have to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. ... But those families that are paying for their children's lunches ... if they get behind for whatever reason and can't pay for a week or so ... their children ... are forced to eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches. Where is the fairness in that?
