I do love and appreciate our farmers, but it's time they stopped whinin' about ... the illegal immigration laws. ... We spend $338 billion dollars a year givin' them free food, free health care and free education. It's time we took care of our own ... and let them go back where they came from.

"I support Governor Deal and the new immigration law. ... And the reason is $45 billion earned here has been sent back to foreign countries, not kept here. ... And the dark side of illegal immigration is nearly one million sex crimes have been committed by illegal immigrants. ... It's time we had somethin' done."

"I would like to express my heart-felt thanks to Kathleen Bell ... who was so kind to me ... in gettin' me up after a fall ... and attend to me in a very warm, caring fashion. Kathleen had to run an errand and she came back by to see about me. ... Meanwhile, Officer Coleman of the Statesboro Police Department was with me ... and decided EMS should be called. ... EMT Vizo and his team checked me out and determined I was okay to drive. ... Officer Coleman, Kathleen and the EMT team was so kind, caring and helpful. Thanks again."

"There is a sign on Northside Drive that asks, 'When does football start?' ... The correct spelling is f-u-t-e-b-o-l. ... They're playing it now in Germany ... and the American women's team is doing really well."
