An 18-year-old Bulloch County man was arrested Tuesday after deputies said he came to a playground to meet a 13-year-old girl to whom he was sending sexually explicit text messages. Bulloch County Sheriff’s deputies were waiting for Devon Garrit Roy Lemay, 18, Martin Lanier Road, when he arrived at the place he expected to meet the 13-year-old victim, said Bulloch County Sheriff Lynn Anderson. The girl’s father contacted authorities Monday, concerned about his daughter receiving “unwanted, sexually graphic text messages” from Lemay, whom the girl said she did not know.
