A warm Spring evening coupled with the songs of Johnny Mercer made for a relaxing and fun-filled Sunday night at Georgia Southern University's Sweetheart Circle. The Southern Georgia Symphony under the direction of conductor Cheung Chau played music written by Savannah's Johnny Mercer and other songs written for movies. Hundreds of area residents brought blankets, chairs, food and drink to enjoy the show.
