Police hope photos of a man caught peeping into a Park Avenue window will help identify the suspect. A reward is offered for his capture.

Monday, Statesboro Police officers responded to a call around 4:30 a.m. to a Park Avenue residence, where an unknown male walked onto the property and appeared to look inside before leaving the area, said Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner.

“The investigation has revealed no signs of attempted entry into, or damage to, the residence or vehicles on the property,” he said.

The Statesboro Police Department is offering a reward for any information that leads to the positive identification of the suspect, he said.  “Still images of the suspect have been posted on the police department’s web page, Facebook page, and forwarded to several media outlets” in hopes someone will come forward with his identity.

Anyone with information concerning this case is asked to contact the Statesboro Police Department at (912) 764-9911.
