Statesboro Police Arrests
    Lemica Denoab Towns, 34, East Main Street – probation violation.
    Charmaine Dsirae Williams, 17, Packinghouse Road – wanted person.
    Emma Marie Matthews, 21, Longwood Drive, Marietta – failure to maintain lane, DUI.
    Rebecca Ann Ball, 38, Bee Bee Road – theft by shoplifting.
    Willie Stone Jr., 25, Stiles Inn – no proof of insurance, driving with a suspended license.
    Robert Donald Hatsfield, 32, Rushing Lane – driving with a suspended license.
    Billy Olaf, 47, Donaldson Street – failure to maintain lane, fleeing/attempt to elude, expired tag, stop sign violation, DUI (refused test).
    Shawn L. Daniels, 29, Lanier Drive – wanted person.
    Traci Amanda Hines, 24, Packinghouse Road – affray.
    Heather R. Winston, 22, Westview Drive, Sylvania – affray.
    Deaundra R. White, 18,Lanier Drive – theft by shoplifting.
    Rahkia R. Clark, 19, Bermuda Run Apartments – theft by shoplifting.
    Happiness Hicks Kelley, 32, Bent Tree Road – seat belt violation, driving with a suspended license.
    Phelix Theopis Jackson, 25, Harwood Street- sexual battery, aggravated sexual battery.
   
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Shay Lamont Allen, 20, Oliver Highway, Sylvania – felony theft by receiving stolen property, possession of a firearm during the commission of a crime, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon, tail light violation, no tag, failure to maintain lane, false statements, carrying weapons on school property, criminal trespass, felony theft by taking government property.
    Brittany Chioji Davis, 22, Hendrix Street – probation violation.
    Sabrina Julaine Gaffney, 40, M. P. Martin Road, Brooklet – obstruction.
    Barbara Lynn Bohannon, 52, Live Oak Loop, Ellabell – failure to maintain lane, seat belt violation.
    Rhonda Ann Heath, 28, U.S. 301 South – battery.
    Jerry Donta Allen, 22, G. W. Oliver Spur – felony theft by taking, criminal trespass, open container.
    Terrence Dock Lewis, 46, Old Stagecoach Road- DUI.
    Robert J. Kendrick II, 24, Ga. 119, Ellabell – simple battery, obstruction, criminal trespass, third degree cruelty to children, giving false identity to law officers.
   
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 12 traffic violation citations Thursday.
     
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued four traffic citations Thursday.
    Travis Deandre Morgan, 20, East Jones Avenue –  fleeing or attempting to elude an officer and improper backing.
    Kernard Maurice Blount, 18, Butler Homes –  theft by taking and obstruction of an officer.
          
Statesboro Police Incidents
    Incidents occurring Thursday through Sunday will be published Tuesday.
     
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    LANGSTON CHAPEL MIDDLE SCHOOL – (Statesboro) A student stole an iPod from another.
    PLEASANT HILL ROAD – (Portal) A woman said her daughter fought with another student on a school bus.
    LIVE OAK LOOP – (Ellabell) A man was arrested after his mother told deputies he pushed her down.
    RAILROAD STREET – (Portal) A woman reported the theft of a camera. She said the offender pawned the camera.
    GABBIE’S RUN – (Statesboro) A woman reported the theft of a TV.
    SHUMAN ROAD – (Statesboro) A woman said someone forced entry into her home and caused damage, but did not steal anything. Then she called later to report she was wrong, that someone has stolen all her medication and a jewelry box.
           
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 31 warnings, assisted two motorists, performed one road check and investigated two crashes with no reported injuries Thursday.
         
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers issued five traffic warnings, assisted two motorists, responded to four alarms and investigated two accidents Thursday.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY – Someone reported the theft of a cell phone.
    KENNEDY HALL –  A bicycle was reported stolen.
    EAGLE VILLAGE – Someone stole a bicycle from here as well.
    CONE HAOL – Someone reported the theft of a camera.
    RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER – Someone stole two wallets, clothes and a lap top computer.
          
Central 911 Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department –  eight calls.
    Statesboro Police Department –  15 calls.
    University Police Department – no calls.
    Georgia State Patrol – four calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department – nine calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department – three calls.
    Claxton Police Department – one call.
    Brooklet Police Department – one call.
       
911 Fire Department Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    Statesboro Fire Department – two calls.
    Metter Fire Department -– one call.
         
911 EMS Reports
    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS – one accident call and 16 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – eight medical calls.
    Evans County EMS – one medical call.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Thursday: four calls to Bulloch County First Responders, two calls to Emanuel County 911, a call to Bryan County 911, a call to Tattnall County 911 and a call to Screven County 911.
