Statesboro Police Arrests
    Corey Antwain Hayton, 38, East Olliff Street – wanted, aggravated assault, third degree cruelty to children.
    Crystal Le-Ann Jeffers, 18, Firestone Road, Jacksonville, Fla. – theft by shoplifting.
    Jalaam Alonzo Jones, 19, Newport Boulevard, Pt. Wentworth –  burglary.
    Tony Anthony Bonaparte, 20, Skinner Road, Pooler – burglary.
    Wendell Zachary Wilson, 19, Arbor Way, Pooler – burglary.
    John Holden Gamble, 19, Olympic Boulevard – following too closely, failure to yield, DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.
    Dechanta Rashea Benning, 20,Lanier Drive – seat belt violation, driving with a suspended license.
    Andrew Sheridan Hooper, 20, Emory Drive, Marietta – marijuana possession, underage possession of alcohol.
    Kristen Rosalie Burnette, 19, Peachtree Street, Thompson – underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication, obstruction.
    Gordon Gregory Hunter, 24, Smith Avenue, Garden City – impeding the flow of traffic, DUI.
    Roderick Denzel Jenkins, 17, Packinghouse Road – failure to yield, driving with a suspended license, reckless driving, no proof of insurance, altered tag, obstruction.
    Demetrius Joa’quet Young, 20, Cone Homes – cocaine possession, possession of a drug-related object.
    Nicholaus Rashad Devine, 19, Lockett Drive, Register - cocaine possession, possession of a drug-related object.
    Michael Justin Jenkins, 18, Harden Road – driving while unlicensed, passing in a no passing zone, marijuana possession, cocaine possession, possession of a drug-related object.
   
Bulloch Sheriff's Arrests
    Arrests made Wednesday and Thursday will be published Saturday.
Georgia State Patrol Arrests
    Troopers issued 13 traffic violation citations Wednesday.
     
Georgia Southern University Arrests
    Officers issued one traffic citation Wednesday.
          
Statesboro Police Incidents
    CAMPUS CLUB APARTMENTS – Police responded to a fight between roommates.
    BLAKEWOOD APARTMENTS – A woman said her children’s father hit her in the head with a metal candle holder, causing a deep laceration. He was arrested.
    HENRY STREET – A woman said her stepfather struck her in the face.
    KMART –  A woman stuffed clothes and perfume into a purse and shoplifted them, but was caught and arrested.
    UNIVERSITY PLACE APARTMENTS – a man said several men approached him and one beat him up, causing serious injuries.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN –Three men were arrested for burglary and officers recovered an Mp3 player, debit cards, DVDs, a camera, lap top computer and cash.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS – A woman said her ex-boyfriend kicked her door in and struck her head.
    GREEENWOOD AVENUE – Two women fought over a lost cell phone.
    WEST INMAN STREET – A family argued over a teenage girl seeing an older man.
    SOUTHERN POOLS – Someone stole a purse from a car.
    WAL-MART – Someone stole a black Dodge Dakota. In another incident, a juvenile was arrested for eating a bag of cookies for which he did not pay, and in a third incident, a woman stole food and party items.
    ZETTEROWER ROAD – Someone stole a .38 revolver from a night stand.
    FRED’S – Someone stole $40 from a car.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS – A couple of women were arrested for fighting and a man was arrested for outstanding warrants.
     
Bulloch County Sheriff's Incidents
    MUD ROAD – (Brooklet) A woman applied for a job on Craigslist and received a check in the mail. Then, she kept getting calls from someone urging her to cash the check.
    McKELVEEN POND ROAD – (Brooklet) A man was charged with violating a criminal trespass warning.
    HARVEY WILSON ROAD – (Portal) A man threatened another man over DVDs he said were his, and were borrowed by the complainant’s daughter.
           
Georgia State Patrol Incidents
    Troopers issued 34 warnings and investigated one crash with one reported injury Wednesday.
          
Georgia Southern University Incidents
    Officers assisted nine motorists, responded to two alarms, responded to a case of harassment at Southern Courtyard and investigated one accident Wednesday.
    HENDERSON LIBRARY – Someone reported the theft of a bicycle.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County Sheriff's Department – 10 calls.
    Statesboro Police Department- 24 calls.
    University Police Department – three calls.
    Georgia State Patrol – two calls.
    Candler County Sheriff's Department – five calls.
    Evans County Sheriff's Department – one call.
    Claxton Police Department – one call.
    Brooklet Police Department – two calls.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Statesboro Fire Department – three calls.
    Bulloch County Volunteer firefighters –  one call.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Wednesday:
    Bulloch County EMS – one accident call and 11 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS – two medical calls.
    Evans County EMS – five medical calls.
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Wednesday:  a call to Bulloch County First Responders.
