ARRESTS
Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    Ryan Ashley Arrington, 26, Pinto Way, Bloomingdale — probation violation.
    Tori Jolyn Burkett, 26, North Broad Street, Claxton — probation violation.
    Jeffrey Stewart, 44, Newington Highway, Newington — probation violation.
 
INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    SHUMAN ROAD — (Statesboro) A blue 2009 Nissan Altima was reported stolen.
    GREENHAVEN MOBILE HOME PARK — Two people reported Costa del Mar sunglasses stolen from their vehicles. One owned a Jeep and someone cut the plastic windows to get the sunglasses. Similar thefts were reported in the Statesboro city limits at University Plaza.
    BECKY DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man told deputies he “fell off the wagon” and went to Statesboro to buy drugs. He met a man and woman he didn’t know and they returned with him to his house, where he saw the woman with an envelope of cash ($200) that was his. He also reported credit cards and other cards missing.
    ROCKY FORD ROAD — (Portal) A man reported receiving harassing phone calls.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of Aug. 27-Sept. 2:
    Surrendered by county citizens — four dogs and 23 cats.
    Surrendered by City of Statesboro citizens — one dog and five cats.
    Collected by humane officers — 11 dogs and two cats from rural county areas; five dogs and five cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — four dogs and three cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — three dogs.
    Died at shelter — seven cats.
    Euthanized — 19 dogs and 30 cats.
    Fees collected - $375.
