    Kenneth Keith Cook Jr., 30, Grady Saunders Road, Portal — speeding, suspended license.
    Nathaniel Williams, 59, Oakcrest Drive — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Terry Moore Jr., 26, Lanier Drive — probation violation.
    Eric Latron Hagins, 40, Burkhalter Mobile Home Park — probation violation.
    Brandon Joel Fletcher, 20, South Main Street — giving false information, underage possession of alcohol, public intoxication.

Incidents
    THE FORUM — A man causing a disturbance was arrested for underage possession of alcohol and public intoxication.
    FOX RIDGE APARTMENTS — A man, suspecting his girlfriend of being unfaithful, threw her phone in the toilet.
    EAGLE COURT — A woman was “horse-playing” with her husband when she said he became “serious” and frightened her. She went next door to call police because she felt unsafe, and the man left for the evening.
    MIKELL STREET — A woman said her boyfriend struck her in the face several times.
    UNIVERSITY PLAZA — Two people reported Costa del Mar sunglasses stolen from their vehicles. One owned a Jeep and someone cut the plastic windows to get the sunglasses.

Arrests
    Officers issued eight traffic citations Thursday.
    Dewight Clark, 22, Fairburn — marijuana possession, possession of drug-related objects, and possession of fireworks.
    Abdella Mohamed Ali, 20, Norcross — DUI (refusal of tests), littering and seat belt violation.

Incidents
    Officers issued 14 traffic warnings and assisted three motorists.
    CENTER FOR ARTS/THEATER — Someone reported the theft of a MacBook Pro laptop computer.  
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers responded to a drug complaint and arrested a man.
    J LOT — Someone reported the theft of a spare tire cover.
    CHANLDER ROAD — A woman arguing with a man was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol.
