Brandon Joel Fletcher, 21, South Main Street — failure to notify owner upon striking a vehicle, obstruction, DUI.
Keyonda Charnelle Hayes, 19, Georgia Avenue — theft by shoplifting.
Imani Pearl Templeton, 21, University Place — possession of drug paraphernalia, marijuana possession.

BELK — One or more persons shoplifted four pairs of Michael Kors shoes, three Dooney & Bourke handbags, a denim vest and two pairs of pink denim pants. The three women witnesses saw commit the crime fled in a dark blue car, and police are reviewing video of the incident.
EAGLE VILLAS — A Lorcin 9 mm handgun was stolen from a vehicle.
LITTLEJOHN COURT — A stereo system was stolen from a car.
THE FORUM — Someone stole $10 from a vehicle.
EASON STREET — A woman said a man threatened her with a knife and said he wanted to kill her.
PRIMETIME LOUNGE — A man called a locksmith, then fled without paying for the locksmith’s services.
STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — A woman left a purse in a classroom and returned to find it missing.
WALMART — A man walked out of the store without paying for three pork butts, two packs of pork chops, three chuck roasts, two packs of sirloin steaks and three bags of shrimp.
In a separate incident, a woman told police an unknown man touched her juvenile child in an inappropriate manner. The case is being investigated.
FAIR ROAD — A man followed a driver who he said threw items out of his vehicle, almost striking the complainant’s vehicle. When he stopped the offender at his home, the offender threatened him with a tire iron, he said.
THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — Someone stole a light blue 1989 Chevrolet Caprice.
EAGLE COURT APARTMENTS — Police are investigating a reported statutory rape incident.
BAYMONT INN & SUITES — A man said someone tried to steal a white 2001 Chevrolet 1500 pickup truck.
FLASH FOODS/U.S. HIGHWAY 301 SOUTH — A man placed the following in his pockets and tried to leave without paying: Red Bull energy drinks, Snickers bars and Skittles.
MIKELL STREET — Someone stole a TV.
RUCKER LANE — A man said a woman he barely knows showed up at his home after the two argued over Twitter. He said she threatened him with a Taser, “pushed and smacked him,” reports stated.
DAYS INN — A complainant reported a purse, garage door opener, and $4 in change stolen from a vehicle.

Troopers issued four seat belt citations, 16 speeding citations, two child restraint citations and 34 total citations Friday through Sunday.
Troopers investigated 12 crashes with seven reported injuries; stopped 89 vehicles; patrolled 1,973 miles; issued two seat belt warnings, 55 speeding warnings and 68 total warnings; assisted two motorists and performed one security detail Friday through Sunday.
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Officers issued two traffic citations Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
Eric Alan Levingood, 21, Holly Drive, was arrested and charged with leaving the scene of an accident
Tyler Alexander Duke, 21, Holly Drive, was arrested and charged with DUI (.138) and a stop sign violation
Anthony Lee Lane, 31, Burkhalter Circle, was arrested and charged with DUI (.204)
Officers issued six traffic warnings and assisted eight motorists Friday through Sunday.
CHILD DEVELOPMENT CENTER — Officers responded to a fire alarm caused when the pull station malfunctioned.
UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers responded to a report of an alcohol violation. Four students were referred to Judicial Affairs, and one minor was turned over to a parent.
PAULSON STADIUM — A student was reported using offensive language and was referred to Judicial Affairs.
