INCIDENTS
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    EDENFIELD ROAD — A woman told deputies her mother left her a house in her will, and her brother refused to vacate it. He also allowed people to hunt on the property when she and her sisters agreed no one would be allowed to hint there, she said.
    BROOKLET-DENMARK ROAD — A woman said a man abandoned a construction project at one of her mother’s rental homes for over a year, so they contracted with someone else to complete it. The man who originally started the job presented a bill she felt was too high and he threatened to damage the home and undo the work done if they did not pay, she said.
    SOUTH 301 AUTO BODY — A man reported finding two bullet holes in a glass window. Investigations revealed the holes were made by “another instrument,” reports stated.
    BURKHALTER PLACE — A man reported the theft of a .22 rifle and amplifier from his vehicle.

Statesboro Police Department
    RUCKER LANE — A woman suffered visible injuries during an altercation with a roommate, who was arrested on battery charges.
    INSTITUTE STREET — Officers responded to a call about a simple battery/family violence incident. The complainant was given advice on seeking further action.
    LANIER DRIVE — A woman told police someone stole $600 from her wallet while she was inside a store.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued no traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted two motorists.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers turned over a call about weapons (knife) in school to judicial referral. No arrests were made.
    EAGLE VILLAS — Police investigated a reported rape.
