    James Edward Williams III, 18, Oak Lane, Portal —public intoxication.

    COUNTRY WALK DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported his daughter was bitten by a dog while she rode her bicycle.
    CLAUDIA STREET —(Portal) Deputies are investigating a home invasion in which two men in masks and camouflage robbed a man.
    PORTAL MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL — (Portal) A student arrived at school smelling like burned marijuana and was arrested after admitting he smoked pot before school.
    PIKE ROAD — (Clito) A woman said a man gets angry when she refuses to go off with him. He has been abusive before, she said.
