    Terry Moore Jr., 27, The Forum Apartments — felony theft by conversion, obstruction, interfering with public utility, municipality or political subdivisions properties.
    Yakeem Olaujuan Coleman, 20, Swan Lane — marijuana possession.
    Michael Justin Jenkins, 21, Harden Road — marijuana possession with intent to distribute.
    Deanna L. Wiggins, 23, West Jones Avenue — probation violation.
    John Edward Struchen, 55, Georgia Highway 24 — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Gail S. Sisson, 62, Harvest Way — theft by shoplifting.
    Robert Andrew Harley, 21, South Main Street — theft by shoplifting.

    PEACHTREE STREET — A man and woman argued over his suspected infidelity.
    WALMART — An employee told police her roommate came to her workplace to harass her about not being home, and caused a scene.
    WALKER HOME MEDICAL — Someone stole gel-packed batteries and scrap metal from outside the business.
    JOHNSON STREET — A woman reported the theft of a hedge trimmer.
    STATESBORO POLICE DEPARTMENT — Through Operation Medicine drop, about 23 pounds of miscellaneous pills (about 12,516 pills) were collected for proper destruction and disposal.
    KMART — A man was arrested for shoplifting tools.

    Denise Croom Bath, 50, Old River Road, Brooklet — theft by conversion.

    Johnny Matthew Rollins, 25, Georgia Highway 49, Ellabell — obstruction, disorderly conduct.

    MILL CREEK ROAD — A woman said a neighbor with whom her family has had trouble broke a window in her home. The man denied doing so.
    In a separate incident, the woman called deputies because the offender put a ladder against her home and removed a spotlight. Deputies spoke with him and found him drinking heavily. He was belligerent and argued with deputies, but his wife convinced him to go inside. Deputies later found him walking his dog, still drinking and aggressively arguing, and they arrested him.
    BRAGG ROAD — (Brooklet) A woman said a man gets intoxicated and calls her so often she had to take the phone off the receiver.
    U.S. HIGHWAY 301 — (Ellabell) A man was arrested after causing a scene with family members and then fleeing from deputies.
    ARCOLA ROAD — (Brooklet) A man who experienced problems with hunters firing near his home last year placed a sign on his property asking hunters to avoid firing in his home’s direction. Someone shot the sign with an arrow, he said.
    HONEYSUCKLE LANE — (Statesboro) A .22-caliber Glock handgun was stolen from a vehicle.

    Officers issued three traffic citations Monday.
    Officers issued eight traffic warnings and assisted five motorists Monday.
    SOUTHERN PINES — Officers met with a victim at the hospital regarding a reported sexual assault that occurred between 9 a.m. Saturday and 8 a.m. Monday. No further details were provided in reports.
    FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers ordered a prowler, reported by residents, to leave.
