Juliana Young Dean, 19, Lokchapee Drive, Macon — DUI under 21, underage possession of alcohol.
Matthew Lewis Janowitcz, 20, East Bourne Way, Alpharetta — underage possession of alcohol, loitering/prowling, public intoxication.
Rebecca Feinstein, 20, Brittany Lane — theft by shoplifting.

THE GROVE — An Xbox 360, duffel bag and head phones were reported stolen.
CLAIRBORN AVENUE — A woman reported jewelry stolen.
SNAP FITNESS — A man reported a wallet stolen.
THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A TV and video games were reported stolen.
ROBIN HOOD TRAIL — An officer stopped a male for questioning. The man started to cooperate then yelled “psych!” before running. Officers caught him and arrested him for underage drinking.
COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A motorcycle was reported stolen.
111 SOUTH — Two roommates argued over dirty dishes, and one placed furniture in front of the others’ room so she could not escape.
ASPEN HEIGHTS — A woman said several men entered her home without permission, arguing over property.
In a separate incident someone reported a stolen TV, rugs, pillows and a candle.
THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN — A woman said someone removed lug nuts from her car tires, leaving them on the ground.
WEST MAIN STREET — A woman said a strange man came to her house four times and entered the back door  once.
EL SOMBRERO/FAIR ROAD — A man choked a woman after asking her for money, and she refused. He was a former boyfriend, she said.
BAYMONT INN & SUITES — A bag of clothing and a pistol were stolen from a vehicle.
HARWOOD STREET — A woman sent an unknown person over $500 after applying for an online loan. When she realized it was a scam, she stopped and reported it to police.
GARY’S RADIATOR — A man reported the theft of scrap metal.
BULLOCH COUNTY HEALTH DEPARTMENT — A woman said another female threatened her with harm.
GESMON NEVILLE LANE — A woman reported $4 in change stolen from a car.

Nathan Edward Besanceney, 17, Cypress Lake Road — disorderly conduct, probation violation.
Reema Hedson, 28, Lanier Drive — stop sign violation, suspended license.
Larry Earl Clegg, 36, Mill Creek  Road — pedestrian under the influence.
Mary Elizabeth Martin, , 34, Georgia Highway 24 — DUI, failure to maintain lane.

T&S DELOACH LANE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a homemade utility trailer filled with pine straw.
TALON’S LAKE — (Statesboro) Two men were caught stealing utility (construction) signs. They returned the property and were not arrested.
FRINK ROAD — (Statesboro) A juvenile told deputies her mother’s boyfriend struck her.
OLD RIVER ROAD NORTH — (Statesboro) A man reported a shotgun, BB gun, box fan still in its original box, and electric meter box stolen.
LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — (Statesboro) A TV and DVD player were reported stolen.

Troopers issued four seat belt violations, 35 speeding citations, and a total of 45 citations between Friday and Sunday.

Troopers investigated six crashes with five reported injuries; stopped 84 vehicles; patrolled 1,483 miles; issued two seat belt warnings, 34 speeding warnings and a total of 49 warnings; and  performed one security detail Friday through Sunday.

Officers issued no traffic citations Friday,   Saturday or Sunday.
Rashaud Samuel  Lee, 18, Lanier Drive — theft by taking.
Devante James Hall, 18, Lanier Drive — theft by taking. 
Derek Lamont Drumgo, 18, Knight Drive —  marijuana possession.
William Matthew Rogers, 19, Register — underage possession of alcohol.
Austin Paul Hayes, 20, Atkinson Drive, Swainsboro — underage possession of alcohol.
Rushea Viejah Mayo, 19, Lanier Drive —  underage possession of alcohol.
Nathaniel Williams, 19, Chandler Road — theft by taking.

Officers issued nine traffic warnings and assisted seven motorists Friday through Sunday.
RECREATION ACTIVITY CENTER — Two men were arrested in connection to thefts at the center. A third man was arrested at a later time.
PHYSICAL PLANT — Officers questioned suspicious persons in a vehicle in the parking lot near the layout yard. The two suspicious persons were judicially referred to university officials for a drug violation instead of being arrested.
FREEDOM’S LANDING — Officers investigated a gathering of people where a bottle of alcohol was located sitting on a table. A  man was charged with underage possession of alcohol. Another man found intoxicated nearby was arrested on the same charge. A third person, found sick, was charged with underage alcohol possession as well.
J-LOT — Officers responded in reference to a fight in progress, but the victim did not desire any action to be taken and signed a waiver of prosecution. 
DINING COMMONS — A man who left with food he had not paid for was judicially referred to university officials for punishment as opposed to being arrested.

Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Friday–Sunday:
Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls and 18 medical calls Friday, one accident call and 16 medical calls Saturday, and 20 medical calls Sunday.
Candler County EMS — eight medical calls Friday, seven medical calls Saturday and four medical calls Sunday.
Evans County EMS — one accident call and three medical calls Friday, three medical calls Saturday, and one accident call and six medical calls Sunday.
