A deputy observed a student disobeying school staff and engaging in a “tussle” with staff. She was arrested.

▲ CYPRESS LAKE ROAD — A man told deputies he received five pieces of mail, from various banking institutions, addressed to another person, but using his address. He said he was going to turn the mail over to the post office, and deputies advised him to keep check on his credit reports.

▲ RAINBOW ROAD — A woman gave a man (with whom she had been romantically involved for two months) her debit card to buy $30 worth of items for the home. She returned from work to find him, all his belongings and her debit card gone. He had made $1,000 in charges and withdrawals without her permission, but her bank refused to prosecute since she gave him the card. Deputies advised her to seek warrants.

▲ PORTAL MIDDLE/HIGH SCHOOL — A deputy observed a student disobeying school staff and engaging in a “tussle” with staff. She was arrested.

▲ SUMMER WIND PLACE — A woman told deputies the father of her children sent text messages that made her felt threatened, and that she felt unsafe when she met him to exchange custody pf the children.

▲ SOCIAL SECURITY OFFICE — A man who was being disorderly, yelling and refusing to leave, was arrested.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — Officers responded to a confrontation between two people and arrested one who had been previously served with a criminal trespass warning, but violated that order by returning.

Officers issued one traffic citation and one traffic warning and assisted no motorists Tuesday.
