    Ann Chervon Martin, 29, Georgia Highway 46 — probation violation.
    Sabrina Denise Edwards, 42, West Main Street — probation violation.
    Rykell Levell Howard, 27, Lanier Drive — simple battery, criminal trespass.
    Lapasha Brown, 36, Mikell Street — stop sign violation, suspended license.

Incidents
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — Police responded to a reported fight and found a man with facial injuries. He was treated by EMS, and the offenders were not on the scene.
    PRIMETIME LOUNGE — The business was cited for a city ordinance violation — selling alcohol after hours. In a separate incident, a rental car was damaged when  two people fighting caused a dent.
    STADIUM PLACE APARTMENTS — After reporting being raped by two men she knows by nickname and an unknown man, a woman told police she did not want to press charges and signed a release of prosecution.
    PARK PLACE  APARTMENTS — Someone was inside an apartment that was supposed to be vacant — cooking ground beef and chicken. More chicken and soft drinks were found in a refrigerator.
    MARSHAM DRIVE — A woman and her son argued, and curse words were exchanged before he shoved her. The juvenile son was arrested.

BULLOCH COUNTY SHERIFF’S OFFICE
Arrests

Incidents
    FAST N EASY #3 — Deputies found a loaded weapon in a bag belonging to a man asleep in front of the store. He said it wasn’t his and he didn’t know how it got there, but deputies arrested him anyway for carrying a concealed weapon with no permit, as well as other charges.
    U.S. 80 WEST — (Portal) A man reported cash and checks in a bank bag stolen from a vehicle after someone shattered the window. He listed two suspects by name on sheriff’s reports.
    TALONS LAKE — (Statesboro) Someone reported a TV and clothes stolen.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Arrests
    Creighton T. Dekine, 23, Georgetown, S.C. — DUI (.090)
    Troopers issued four seat belt violations, 24 speeding citations and 47 total citations.

Incidents
    Troopers, between Friday and Sunday, investigated eight crashes with two reported injuries; stopped 99 vehicles, patrolled 1,569 miles, gave one seat belt warning, 39 speeding warnings, caught one wanted person and helped four motorists.

Arrests
    Officers issued 12 traffic citations Friday through Sunday.
    Evan Skyler Sharkey, 19, Waynesboro — DUI and failure to maintain lane.
    Jeffrey Gadsen Henderson, 23, Macon — DUI refused test) possession of a controlled substance, driving without license on person and open container.
    Adam Lawrence Stigall, 19, Powder Springs — underage possession of an alcoholic beverage, obstruction.
    Clayton Reid Quinn, 19, Gainesville — underage possession of an alcoholic beverage, obstruction.     

Incidents
    Officers wrote 23 traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Friday through Sunday.
    SANFORD HALL — Graffiti written on a wall read, “Surprise! College is boring and lonelier than you imagined.” Officers attempted to remove the graffiti, but were unsuccessful.
     FOY FINE ARTS — Officers responded to the area in reference to a report of possible gun shots. Officers checked the area and buildings. The “shots” were discovered to be either a golf cart backfiring or the slamming of a dump truck tailgate.
    COLLEGE OF EDUCATION — Officers met with a subject who reported that the televisions in the lobby of all the floors had been removed. The case was assigned to Criminal Investigations, then investigators discovered that the televisions were removed by GSU for an upgrade in cable.
