    Jason Joseph Cochran, 24, Old Register Road — DUI, speeding.
    Shakeem Tomal Hagins, 20, Mikell Street — wanted person.
    Brian Joseph Coote, 22, Bermuda Run — suspended license, driving without a license on person.

Incidents
    COPPER BEECH TOWNHOUSES — A woman said her ex-boyfriend ran into her apartment, in spite of her yelling for him to stay out, and stole her laptop.
    STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — A man reported a gun permit stolen.
In a separate incident, a woman said another female started a fight by putting her elbow where the complainant ran into it, then stepped on her foot.
    NORTH COLLEGE STREET — A woman asked a man for a cigarette, and he refused, then accused her of being a drug abuser.
    LESTER ROAD — A woman told police people drove past, called her racial slurs and threw a bottle at her.
    FINCH TRAILER PARK — A woman said a man chased her and her boyfriend home, then shattered a window and a TV screen with a rock after they locked themselves inside.

    Officers issued three traffic citations Thursday.

Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings Thursday.
    MARVIN PITTMAN ADMINISTRATIVE BUILDING — Officers responded to a suspicious person discovered sleeping in the lower floor men’s bathroom stall.  The person was homeless but registered for the fall semester at Georgia Southern. Living arrangements were made for the individual.
    COLLEGE OF EDUCATION — Officers responded to the report a snake at the front entrance/exit doors. The snake was relocated.

    Bulloch County EMS —  one accident call and 17 medical calls.
