    Reginald R. Ellison, 29, Broad Street — possession of drug paraphernalia,  probation violation.
    Donna McClain Futch, 55, Redbreast Road, Sylvania — suspended license, suspended registration.
    Phaedra Allen Parrish, 35, Speckled Cat Road, Sylvania — wanted person.
    Tawania Marie Daniels, 23, Johnson Street — wanted person.
    Lashandra Nicole Rozier, 27, Waldrep Road, Dublin — theft by shoplifting.
    Bertha Louisa Rozier, 31, Birch Drive, Dublin — theft by shoplifting, obstruction.

Incidents
    NORTH EDGEWOOD DRIVE — An Apple iPod, engraved with “I Love Grandma,” a class ring and $100 were stolen.
    NORTH MULBERRY STREET — Someone called police after a domestic disturbance. The man admitted getting angry because the woman did not prepare him any food, and said they fussed. The woman was nine months pregnant and was disoriented, complaining of neck and back pain. The person who called police said the victim had been choked, and she was taken to the hospital for treatment.
    DUNLAP STREET — Police responding to a report of alcohol being sold without a license arrested no one but destroyed abandoned liquor and beer.
    WEST INMAN STREET — A man and woman argued, and the confrontation became physical.
    GEORGIA AVENUE — A man said he was struck by several people after he stopped to speak to someone he said he knew. The other person denied knowing him, and an argument ensued.

Incidents
    REDBREAST LANE — (Statesboro) A woman reported a break-in but said nothing was taken.
    MITCHELL RIGDON ROAD — (Statesboro) A woman called deputies when her ex-husband showed up next door to where she lives, at a mobile home in which they once lived, and began removing items. He was violating a restraining order, she said.
    OAK RIDGE DRIVE — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a mini refrigerator.

GEORGIA STATE PATROL POST 45
Arrests/Incidents
    Troopers investigated two crashes with one reported injury, issued one seat belt citation, made 24 vehicle stops, issued one speeding ticket and 11 speeding warnings, assisted three motorists and patrolled 554 miles Thursday.
GEORGIA SOUTHERN UNIVERSITY POLICE
Arrests
    Officers issued two traffic citations Thursday.
    Oshmic De’ahmoz Floyd, 19, address unlisted, Statesboro — criminal trespass.
    Dustin Gregory McTaggart, address unlisted, Statesboro — possession of marijuana.
 
Incidents
    Officers wrote one traffic warning and assisted two motorists.
    SOUTHERN PINES APARTMENTS — Officers responded in reference to a complaint of discharging fireworks.  Two Southern Pines occupants were judicially referred for possessing and discharging fireworks on the GSU campus.  The fireworks were confiscated.
    Also, officers responded to Southern Pines in reference to two subjects attempting to buy back textbooks from GSU students.  Officers made contact with the two subjects and advised them of GSU policy against solicitation on campus without authorization.  The two subjects left the campus.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers responded to the gazebo in reference to six persons smoking marijuana.  Some were arrested and others banned from campus or referred for punishment by the university.
    J-LOT — Officers responded to J-Lot in reference to a sick person.  The female was transported to East Georgia Regional Medical Center by EMS.  The sick person had a blood alcohol level of .267 and was admitted into the hospital.
