    Jamarillo O‘Brien Ramson, 20, East Main Street — driving without a license.
    Ricky Lynn Green, 31, Hwy. 25, Millen — theft by shoplifting.
    Desiree Anne Means, 20, Florence Avenue — possession of THC (ingredient in marijuana), possession of a drug-related object, obstruction.

Incidents
    FOOD WORLD/FAIR ROAD — Two men were arrested Thursday after being caught shoplifting a buggy filled with groceries. They had been caught on camera May 24 for the same crime, reports stated. One time they had about $100 worth of groceries, according to reports, but Thursday they had about $470 worth of food in the cart.
    MIKELL STREET — A woman told police her EBT card was stolen and used. A man was listed on reports as a suspect.
    BP FOOD STORE/NORTH MAIN STREET — A woman said a store employee used her father’s debit card three times to withdraw money from his account. The employee said she helped the man conduct the transactions, but he kept the money.
    THE COBBLER’S BENCH — May 30, a woman reportedly stole a pair of shorts valued at $64 and a strapless dress priced at $68. A suspect was listed by name on reports, but no arrests were made.
    TAMO LANE — A man found a group of men in his vehicle. He gave police the names of two, whom he knew, and upon further query police learned the names of the other offenders. The complaint was criminal trespass and possible drug activity, and police are investigating the incident.
    STATESBORO REGIONAL LIBRARY — A woman told police seven juveniles confronted a juvenile victim and threatened to beat him up.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A man “under-rang” items (did not scan them at a self-checkout) and tried to leave without paying for $65 worth of items. He was arrested. In a separate incident, a suspect was arrested for taking a pack of Skittles candy.
    In a third incident, a man shoplifted a cell phone case and hook, as well as clothing, and was arrested.
    GARFIELD STREET — A woman said her grandson, angry because she denied him use of her car, tried to strike her and damaged a door. He was arrested, and tried to break away from police when being handcuffed.
    NORTH EASY STREET — A man said someone broke a window pane as well as the glass to a microwave door; then poured laundry detergent on a mattress and clothing.
