    McDONALD’S — (Archway Drive) Police responded to the report of a sick person around 10:50 p.m. Monday. EMS transported a man whom officers said appeared to be intoxicated, and he was treated at the hospital.
    PINE STREET — Officers responded to a suspicious person/activity call around 10:15 p.m. Monday. A woman told police a “female lady” said a man she knew by name was at her house with a gun. Police found the man with two guns in his vehicle, but he was not arrested. Earlier at the same home, the same complainant told police around 9:15 p.m. that a man came to her home and argued with her about speaking to another male. He fled when police located him and was charged with obstruction.
    MORRIS STREET — A woman told police around 9:15 p.m. Monday that someone in a cab from Yellow Cab Company was following her. She said she was involved in an accident with a taxi “some months back” and suspects the subjects meant her harm.
    NORTH MAIN STREET — Police are investigating a statutory rape incident that occurred between March 1 and around 3 p.m. June 11 and arrested a teen they say is involved.
    DASH’S TOWING AND RECOVERY — A man threatened a woman over a repossessed vehicle and said he “had something for her,” the woman told police around 3:15 p.m. Friday.
    VANDY’S — (Statesboro Mall) A man told officers Friday around 3 p.m. that two employees were fired after an order of chicken, valued at $10, was rung up, then canceled. One employee boxed the food and another one carried it out, reports stated.

    James Elbert Dickerson, 55, Shuman Drive — failure to register as a convicted sex offender.
    William Alexander Banks, 17, O.C. Banks Road — statutory rape, contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
    Michael Shane Edenfield, 39, Howard Road, Metter — bench warrant.
    Tina Ann Wood, 46, North Church Street, Glennville — bench warrant.
    Herbert Allen Thompson Jr., 28, U.S. Highway 301 North, Claxton — open container, driver’s permit violation.

    OGEECHEE TECHNICAL COLLEGE — A deputy saw a man become irate and abusive after being told he could not smoke on the tobacco-free campus around 9:38 a.m. Monday. The man refused orders to stop and was arrested.

    David Michael Franklin, 22, Athens — failure to notify owner upon striking a fixture and DUI.

    Officers issued four traffic citations and four traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Monday.
    UNIVERSITY VILLAS — Officers ordered unwanted persons trespassing in the swimming pool to leave the area around 9:20 p.m. Monday.
