Arrests/Citations
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Portal Police Department
    Joshua Erie Taylor, 31, Mundy Road, Augusta — disorderly conduct. 
    Mary Jane Dowd, 26, Moore Road, Portal — probation violation.

Brooklet Police Department
    Ronald Rance Oglesby, 27, Ogeechee Drive, Statesboro — driving while unlicensed, reckless driving. 

Register Police Department
    Amanda Marie Mitchell, 31, Ashley Lane — possession of marijuana, possession of a drug related object. 
    Thomas Bartow Smith, 50, West Parrish Street — possession of drug related objects. 
    Benny Joe Easter, 32, Foster Road, Register — no insurance, expired registration, DUI/drugs, marijuana possession, possession of a drug related object.


INCIDENTS
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Wednesday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Metter Police Department
    BAY STREET — June 2, someone reported a criminal damage to property and simple assault incident.
    SOUTH TERRELL STREET —  June 5, police investigated a theft incident.
    SOUTHWEST BROAD STREET — June 6, police investigated an armed robbery where a man wearing a bandana over his face robbed a convenience store at gunpoint.

Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of May 31-June 6:
    Surrendered by citizens  — six dogs and 18 cats from rural county; eight dogs and one cat from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers — 14 dogs and 20 cats from rural county areas; five dogs and two cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — five dogs and four cats.
    Reclaimed by owners — one dog.
    Died at shelter — one dog and two cats.
    Euthanized — 11 dogs and 26 cats.
    Fees collected — $610
