ARRESTS
Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    Jessie Sentel Cheevers, 27, Poplar Street – simple battery.
    David Lamar Sparks, 40, The Barn Mobile Home Park – public intoxication.

INCIDENTS
Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

    THE STORE AT REGISTER – (Register) A man tried charging gas on another man’s account.
    R.V. WILLIFORD MOBILE HOME PARK – (Portal) Deputies responded to a domestic dispute call about one couple not paying rent to stay with another couple.
    GEORGIA CHRYSLER-DODGE-JEEP – (Statesboro) A man said another man invited him to his home so he could shoot him in the face.

Statesboro-Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of May 28 to June 3:
    Surrendered by citizens (Bulloch County) – nine cats.
    Surrendered by City of Statesboro citizens – four dogs and 12 cats.
    Collected by humane officers from county areas – 11 dogs and two cats.
    Collected by humane officers in City of Statesboro – one dog and one cat.
    Adopted from shelter – three dogs and a cat.
    Reclaimed by owners – six dogs.
    Died at shelter - four dogs and a cat.
    Euthanized – 18 dogs and 16 cats.
    Fees collected - $375.
