Police report - 5-8-15; Police arrested a man for shoplifting glass smoking pipes.

    Michael Ralph King Sr., 56, Ellis Apartments — false statements and writings, false report of a crime.
    Thaddeus Vontell Harris, 17, Walton Drive — criminal trespass.
    Sudreah Nicole Phipps, 19, SW Moury Avenue, Atlanta — failure to obey a traffic device, suspended license, no proof of insurance.
    Johnnie Melvin, 57, Railroad Street — passing a stationary emergency vehicle (violation of Georgia’s Move Over law), suspended license.
    Marcus Andre Moore, 25, Stambuk Lane — stalking.

    FINCH’S TRAILER PARK — A woman called police Wednesday to report a burglary in progress. A man was arrested on criminal trespass charges.
    CAMPUS EVOLUTION VILLAGE — Wednesday, police responded to a fight and found a woman with visible injuries. However, she was uncooperative and denied medical treatment.
    ELLIS APARTMENTS — Wednesday, police responded to a reported fight between a man and his son. The victim had visible injuries, and the son asked to be taken to the hospital.
    Police later returned to the home when the father reported a burglary. He was arrested for making a false report of a crime. The son was also arrested in a separate incident, charged with theft by shoplifting.
    REECE’S PIECES — Police arrested a man for shoplifting glass smoking pipes.
    WILBURN CIRCLE — A man was arrested on criminal trespass charges after being found sleeping in a vacant house.
    VINTAGE CONNECTION — A complainant reported over $10,000 worth of photos, books and magazines from the business.
    THE LEGACY APARTMENTS — A man was arrested after a woman told police he would not stop contacting her, including going to her home, after she broke up with him.

    Tyrease Devion Lanier, 27, North Easy Street — parole violation, marijuana possession, possession of drug-related objects.
    Norlisha Onya Broadus, 18, Eagle Village — possession of a schedule II controlled substance (Adderall)
    John Deal Hagins, 31, Ridgewood Drive — parole violation, marijuana possession, possession of drug-related objects.
    REBEKAH ROAD — Deputies responded to a domestic dispute Wednesday. A woman said she and a man argued over him cheating on her. They were moving a bed from one room to another and the woman was shoved against a wall. She told deputies it was intentional but the man said it was an accident.
    SUNCREST DRIVE — Deputies responded Wednesday to a call about a man walking with a bag of clothes. The man said he and his father had argued and he felt it best to leave. The father said they argued over the son’s girlfriend and child moving in with him.

    Officers issued two traffic violation citations  Wednesday.

    Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted three motorists Wednesday.
