Police report - 5-30-15; A man reported receiving a fraudulent check responding to a Craigslist ad.

    Juan Alberto Garcia, 35. Bronco Drive, Reidsville — driving without a license, defective tail light.
    FOXRIDGE APARTMENTS — A woman said her unborn child’s father pushed her hard in the face with his hand during an argument. The man said the woman came to his home to start an argument and he denied hitting her. Police gave them each information on seeking warrants.
    SOUTH EASY STREET — A man reported Wednesday that a juvenile was victim of a sexual assault. No details were available on reports except the suspected offender was also juvenile, known to the victim.
    MONARCH APARTMENTS — A man reported receiving a fraudulent check when he responded to a Craigslist ad that turned out to be a scam.
    HWY. 67 — A woman reported buying a phone via eBay, then found it had been stolen when she tried to activate it.
