James Blake Nesmith, 23, Muddy Lane (Brooklet) — battery (family violence), criminal trespass, cruelty to children, probation violation, obstruction.
Sherry Nicole Sumner, 29, Canvasback Drive (Bloomingdale) — identity fraud.

BECKY DRIVE — A television and DVD player were stolen from a residence.
BLACKBIRD DRIVE — A woman reported a Peeping Tom after noticing a man’s face peering through her bathroom window when she stepped out of the shower. The Tom fled on a red bicycle, she said.
CYPRESS LAKE DRIVE — A man said someone accosted him with racial words and attempted to run him over with a truck, after he stepped in to stop an argument between a feuding man and woman.
