A man said a neighbor has been stealing water. The neighbor gave the man a one-time payment of $50, but the complainant said he doesn't want money — he wants the neighbor to stop using his water.

▲ NORTH CROMLEY ROAD — A man who was intoxicated and beating on someone's door, causing damage, was taken to the hospital by EMS.

▲ HIGHWAY 301 NORTH — A woman was moving out of a home and returned to get some belongings when she found someone had shattered a glass table and several dishes. She cleaned the mess and left, but returned to find someone had shattered a large aquarium and scattered trash around the house.

▲ SPELL-MINCEY ROAD — A man reported the theft of a North American Arms .22 Magnum firearm.

▲ PRINCESS LANE — A man said a neighbor has been stealing water. The neighbor gave the man a one-time payment of $50, but the complainant said he doesn't want money — he wants the neighbor to stop using his water. He placed a cap on the faucet, but the offenders removed it, he said.

▲ WEXFORD LANE — A woman said someone stole $200 cash, two pairs of sunglasses and a purse from her car. The offenders scattered belongings throughput her car as well, she said.

▲ HIGHLANDS CROSSING BOULEVARD — A woman was with her current boyfriend when her ex-boyfriend came into her home, uninvited, and swung at the other man. The current boyfriend fled in his boxer shorts and was not there when deputies arrived. Neither was the offender, who left when the woman called for help.

▲ HIGHWAY 25 — A woman said a man threatened to come to her house and place of employment and "knock her out."

▲ THE BARN MOBILE HOME PARK — Deputies and animal control responded to a report of a dog attacking another small dog. When they were able to get the bigger dog away from the poodle, after the poodle owner's children beat the dog with a stick, to no avail, the offending dog attacked another small dog in another yard. The dog was captured and turned over to humane enforcement.

▲ HENRY STREET — A woman said someone damaged a candle warmer and an MP3 player.

▲ GATE/SOUTH MAIN — An employee reported someone fled after shoplifting a $2 food item.

▲ MORRIS STREET — Police responded to a home twice regarding a domestic dispute in which a woman said the father of her child "smacked" her. There was insufficient evidence for an arrest, reports stated.

▲ EASTVIEW APARTMENTS — A woman who said a man struck her during a dispute was given information on seeking warrants.

▲ LANIER DRIVE — A man said his child's mother "barged in" and entered his apartment without permission.

▲ FAIR ROAD — A man who was intoxicated and causing problems at a business was taken to jail.

▲ HIGHWAY 67 — A woman called police after seeing an unknown male with a flashlight behind her car.

▲ Officers issued no traffic citations and one traffic warning and assisted two motorists Monday. 

▲ SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Someone reported a suspicious person.

In a separate case, officers investigated a report of criminal trespass.

▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE APARTMENTS — Someone reported being harassed.

▲ PAULSON STADIUM — Police responded to a report of a suspicious person or activities.

▲ WATSON PODS — A person was judicially referred to university authorities after a drug complaint.

▲ HENDERSON LIBRARY — Someone reported a person acting suspiciously.
