INCIDENTS

➤ Bulloch County Sheriff's Office

▲ DEALWOOD DRIVE — A woman said someone stole a wallet containing an ID from a tackle box in a truck.

▲ HIGHTOWER ROAD — A woman reported receiving a phone call from someone claiming to be with Social Security, asking her for her Social Security number. She ended the call and contacted the Sheriff's Office, realizing it was a scam.

▲ LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — A person reported an entering auto incident and stated items (not listed in reports) were missing.

A woman at another residence on this road also reported an entering auto incident, with unlisted items taken and a purse dumped in her vehicle floorboard.

▲ HIGHWAY 25 — Someone texted a woman and claimed to have a photo of her they would release unless she paid a small fee. She said she had sold a phone to a friend, but it had been wiped clean of any photos.

▲ PINEMOUNT BOULEVARD — Deputies responded to a call about juveniles fighting.


➤ Statesboro Police Department 

▲ STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — An 18-year-old male was arrested for carrying a knife on school grounds.

▲ WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A person reported terroristic threats and acts and was given information on seeking warrants.

▲ NORTH MAIN STREET — A man said another male he only knows as "Boo" took his house keys.

▲ FLASH FOODS/SOUTH MAIN STREET — An employee reported theft by deception of $1.07 cash and $59 worth of cigarettes.

▲ EAGLE COURT CONDOMINIUMS — A woman said a man struck her and her adult daughter. Warrants for the man were issued.


➤ Georgia State Patrol Post 45

▲ Last week, troopers responded to 23 crashes with eight reported injuries. Troopers also arrested nine drivers on DUI charges and issued four citations and 10 warnings for seatbelt violations, one citation for child restraint violations, and 18 citations and 14 warnings for speeding.
