    Delwin Markeith Florence, 34, Anthony Street — wanted person, obstruction.
Brittnee Johnson, 23, Chestnut Street — suspended license, no proof.
    Cortavious Darshun Johnson,21, King Court, Waynesboro — criminal trespass.
    Charles Jaron Bennefield, 18, Centennial Place — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
    DAVIS STREET — Someone stole a gas can.
    BERMUDA RUN APARTMENTS — A woman told police someone left a scarf and two box cutters on her porch. Marijuana was tucked inside the scarf.
    GARFIELD STREET — A woman said her brother pulled her to the ground by her hair and held her down.
RIDEWOOD DRIVE — A man said two American bulldogs pushed a mother and her juvenile son to the ground.

Arrests
    Officers issued five traffic citations Thursday.
    Ryan Alex Jones, 24, Sea Oaks Court, Seminole, Okla. — improper lane change, DUI.
Incidents
    Officers issued seven traffic warnings, assisted even motorists, rendered aid to one injured person and investigated one hit and run and one motor vehicle accident Thursday.
    ROSENWALD BUILDING — A bank debit card was found in front of the building and turned over to officers for safe keeping.
    CYBERSPACE — Someone complained about a person hacking into Facebook and Twitter accounts.
    SOUTHERN COURTYARD — Some sporting equipment was reported stolen from the bed of a truck.

    Central 911 dispatchers issued the following calls Thursday:
    Bulloch County EMS — two accident calls, a rescue call and 13 medical calls.
    Candler County EMS — one medical call.
    Evans County EMS — two medical calls.
 
    Central 911 dispatchers also routed the following calls: five calls to Bulloch County First Responders and three miscellaneous calls.
