Police report - 4-5-15; Euthanized at animal shelter 13 dogs and 25 cats.

Arrests/Citations
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol arrests made Friday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Register Police Department
    Lapasha Shontay Brown, 39, Simons Road — marijuana possession, speeding. 

INCIDENTS
    Statesboro Police, Bulloch County Sheriff, Georgia Southern University, and Georgia State Patrol incidents occurring Wednesday through Sunday will be reported Tuesday.

Metter Police Department
    SMITH STREET — (March 23) Officers investigated a criminal trespass complaint.
    EASON STREET — (March 26) Police responded to a report of armed robbery. A man said four unknown men jumped him, armed with guns, and one struck him with a shotgun. Then, they stole $100 and fled.
    DONALDSON STREET — (March 27) Officers responded to a call involving a burglary, simple assault, false imprisonment and armed robbery incidents. A woman said three men forced entry into her home and robbed her and another man at gunpoint. They fled when they heard a car approach the home.
    RONNIE STREET —  (March 27) Someone reported a theft. Reports did not list details of what was stolen.
    SOUTH COLLEGE STREET — (March 28) Police responded to a reported stalking and criminal trespass incident.
    LEROY STREET — (March 28) Someone reported the theft of an undisclosed object.
Bulloch County Animal Shelter
    The shelter reported the following activity during the week of March 23-29:
    Surrendered by citizens — five dogs and four cats from rural county; four dogs and one cat from City of Statesboro.
    Collected by officers —  six dogs from rural county areas; five dogs and five cats from City of Statesboro.
    Adopted from shelter — six dogs and one cat.
    Reclaimed by owners — three dogs.
    Died at shelter — no animals.
    Euthanized — 13 dogs and 25 cats.
    Fees collected — $650.
