Police report - 4-29-15; A woman said a golfer cursed her when she asked him to leave her property.

    STATESBORO HIGH SCHOOL — Monday, someone reported a pair of green camouflage Adidas tennis shoes stolen from a boys’ restroom.
    FLASH FOODS/HWY. 301 SOUTH — A man said Monday a female suspect stole a pack of Marlboro cigarettes, a $20 lottery ticket and $100 cash. When police called the suspect, her story did not match surveillance video. The store manager was given advice on securing a warrant.
    WILDWOOD CIRCLE — A woman called police Monday when her two juvenile grandsons fought each other in her house. They were each charged and turned over to family members after police notified the Department of Juvenile Justice.
    THE LODGE APARTMENTS — A man was arrested Monday on disorderly conduct charges after a physical fight with a woman.
    MCKINNON STREET — A man called police Monday to have an unwanted person removed from his home. When he called police, she snatched his cell phone and left before officers arrived.

    Melissa Ann Kitchens, 35, Thumper Hollow, Metter — theft by taking.
    Nathan Scott Wilder, 33, Hephzibah Keysville Road, Hephzibah — possession of drugs, alcohol or weapon by an inmate, crossing guard lines or entering jail under the influence.

    LIVE OAK LOOP — (Ellabell) A woman called deputies Friday to report a disagreement between her and another woman over fixing a van. She said the other woman threatened to harm herself.
    GOLF CLUB ROAD — Friday a woman reported a golfer cursed her when she asked him to leave her property. He was retrieving a golf ball, but the woman said she has no trespassing signs all over her yard to keep golfers off her property.
    EAGLE BRANCH MOBILE HOME PARK — Sunday, a woman told deputies a man shoved her onto a bed and left when she told him to stop drinking because he had to drive home. She said he is a mean drunk. Another female victim said the man approached her with an open knife and threatened to harm her.  The man was not at the scene and deputies gave the women advice on getting warrants.

    Officers issued three traffic violation citations   Monday.
    Betsy Alayne Barber, 19, Georgia Avenue — underage possession of alcohol.

    Officers issued two traffic warnings and assisted two motorists Monday.

    Michael Dane Barnes, 66, Old River Road South, Brooklet — suspended license, failure to yield when turning left.
    John Turkle Simon, 71, St. Ponce Island, St. Augustine Fla. — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Nicklaus Michael Croft, 23, Park Walk Place, Alpharetta — DUI, failure to yield when crossing roadway.
    Derek Lamont Young, 27, Hightower Road — driving while unlicensed.
    Julio M. Segura, 40, Doe Lane, Brooklet — DUI, failure to maintain lane.
    Anthony Scott Ray, 43, Nora Lee Drive, Brooklet — DUI, open container, driving while unlicensed.
    Seat belt citations — nine.
    Speeding citations — 13.
    Total citations — 62.

    Troopers investigated 28 crashes with five reported injuries and no fatalities; issued three seat belt warnings, 22 speeding warnings, and 87 total warnings.
