Police report, 3/30/19
A woman told deputies she believes someone stole her marriage license and TWIC card. She also said she is being harassed by phone by the government, and said the FBI and CIA are using micro devices to block her phone.

▲ PIKE ROAD — A woman told deputies she believes someone stole her marriage license and TWIC card. She also said she is being harassed by phone by the government, and said the FBI and CIA are using micro devices to block her phone.

▲ CARMEL DRIVE — A man reported a gun stolen from a closet in a motor home he was storing at the location.

▲ BLACK CREEK CHURCH ROAD — A woman said she was receiving unwanted text messages from the daughter of a man with whom she had a previous romantic relationship.

▲ ADABELLE ROAD — A man reported the theft of a John Blue irrigation pump off a fertilizer tank.

▲ ANDERSON PLACE ROAD — A woman said she received a call from a man claiming to be with Alpha Litigation. The man had her personal information and said she owed a bill to a hospital, but when the woman called, the e hospital said she had no outstanding bill.

➤ Statesboro Police Department

▲ LANIER DRIVE — A woman reported seeing suspicious lights flickering in a residence that was supposed to be unoccupied. Officers saw the lights as well and investigated, then arrested a man who had no permission to be there. He was wanted on outstanding warrants as well.

In a separate case, a man who was loud and intoxicated and refused to give police information was arrested.

▲ WILDWOOD VILLAS — A woman called police when someone placed an unlisted object on her door, which she perceived as an act of harassment.

▲ Officers issued no traffic citations and no traffic warnings and assisted three motorists. 

▲ CONE HALL — Someone reported a theft.

▲ CENTENNIAL PLACE — Officers responded to a reported criminal trespass incident.

▲ NURSING AND CHEMISTRY BUILDING — Someone reported s suspicious person.

▲ SOUTHERN PINES CLUBHOUSE — A person was judicially referred to university authorities for discipline over an alcohol violation.
