Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
    LANGSTON CHAPEL ROAD — A man working on construction of a round-about found a .38 Special Taurus in the dirt and turned it in to the Sheriff’s Office. It was found to have been stolen in Clayton County.
    HIGHWAY 80 East — A man sent several Western Union payments to an address after being told he had won several items, but he learned it was a scam.
    VALLI’S COLLISION CENTER— An employee was arrested after being caught on video swapping a tire off a motorcycle that was being kept at the business with an older one on his own motorcycle.
    CYPRESS LAKE MOBILE HOME PARK — A couple argued over who was going to pay the bills, and the woman wanted the man to leave because he didn’t pay. Deputies explained eviction laws.

Statesboro Police Department
    ASPEN HEIGHTS APARTMENTS — Two men said an unknown male dressed in black came into their apartment and began walking upstairs but fled when they made their presence known.
    VALLEY/LESTER ROADS — A woman was arrested in connection to an aggravated assault.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — A woman was charged with shoplifting a $47 handbag and $25 CD or DVD.
    DUNLAP STREET — A woman told police her live-in boyfriend threatened her with harm.

Georgia Southern University Police
    Officers issued traffic citations and traffic warnings and assisted motorists.
