Arrests/citations
    Ramsie Marie Keen, 22, Kennedy Lane — headlights violation, failure to maintain lane, window tint violation, DUI.
    Mohammed Ahmed Alqran, 22, Statesboro Place Circle — marijuana possession, failure to signal a turn.
    Jonathan Joseph Anderson, 27, Ramona Lane, Millen — probation violation.
    Sheila Ann Smith, 51, Pretoria Rushing Road — no tag, leaving the scene of an accident/hit and run and suspended license.
    Stevie M. Motes, 66, Langston Chapel Road — theft by shoplifting.

Incidents
    HOLIDAY INN EXPRESS — (Monday, 10:43 a.m.) A man reported about $11,500 stolen from the business since 2012, and told police he suspects an employee. The case is under investigation.
    GARDEN DISTRICT APARTMENTS — (Tuesday, 9:02 a.m.) A man reported the theft of textbooks, a backpack, phone chargers and a pen from his vehicle.
    (Tuesday, 10:04 a.m.) A man reported his stereo speaker stolen from a vehicle. It was recovered from underneath the truck.
    (Tuesday, 9:37 a.m.) A woman reported the theft of a book bag, textbooks, a clutch purse, a wallet, a CD case with CDs and a GPS unit.
    (Tuesday, 1:20 p.m.) A man told police someone stole a car title and a handgun from his car.
    MILL CREEK REGIONAL PARK — (Tuesday, 9:30 a.m.) Someone reported graffiti on a bench, light pole and ground transformer.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — (Tuesday, 2:43 a.m.) Police responded to a fight reported with multiple participants. No one was arrested.
    WAL-MART SUPERCENTER — (Tuesday, 10:47 p.m.)  A man stole fruit snacks, spaghetti noodles and sauce, cinnamon rolls, chocolate morsels, peanut butter, cheese shreds, bagels, hamburgers, oatmeal cream pies, mandarin oranges, chicken breasts and more. He was arrested for shoplifting.
    INTERNATIONAL HOUSE OF PANCAKES — (Tuesday, 12:54 p.m.) A man told police he suspects an employee of stealing $1,100 over the period of a month by making false refunds and by other means.

    Jonathan Rocky DeSalvo, 26, East Main Street — sale of cocaine.
    Kadarion Zaquavin Floyd, 19, West Grady Street — marijuana possession, disorderly conduct.
    Bradley Collin Weathers, 28, Hwy. 67 — entering auto.
    Steven Vashon Williams, 23, Hwy. 67 — bench warrant.

Incidents
    BILLY MIKELL ROAD — (Monday, 7 p.m.) A man reported someone filed taxes electronically using his identity, preventing him from being able to file his tax returns.

    Officers issued two traffic violation citations   Tuesday.

    Officers issued three traffic warnings and assisted one motorist Tuesday.
