    Reginald Jerome Smith, 36, 7th Street, Garden City — failure to appear in court.
    Lakaya Raquel Dekle, 32, Pamela Way — wanted person, failure to signal when turning or changing lanes.
    Javontae Zuiton Lee, 20, South Main Street — driving without a license, brake/tail lights violation, giving false information.
    Lequavia Denay Ruth, 22, Rucker Lane — probation violation.
    Melissa Ann Mikell, 31, Hope Baptist Church Road —  suspended license.

Incidents
    STADIUM WALK APARTMENTS — (Tuesday, 4:30 p.m.) A woman reported a PlayStation 3 and a diamond necklace stolen in a burglary.
    GOO GOO CAR WASH — (Thursday, 10:58 a.m.) A man reported the bumper was torn from his car and the brake light assembly damaged while he was using the car wash.
    SIMMONS APARTMENTS — (Friday, 3:46 a.m.) Officers spoke with a woman who said she argued with a man, then they engaged in a physical struggle. The man was gone when officers arrived, and they advised her of warrant procedures.
    STACK & STYLE SALON  — (Thursday, 1:18 p.m.) A woman told officers she was being harassed by another female, whom she asked to leave her salon. The offender refused, continuing to harass the victim, but was gone when officers arrived.
