Statesboro Police Department
LANIER DRIVE — A woman reported a burglary during which someone stole two TVs, a lap top computer, hygiene items, cell phone, Samurai sword, alcoholic beverages, a flat iron, notebook and $20 cash.
In a separate incident, a man told police he was robbed by force by an unknown man who took a cell phone and wallet from him.
Bulloch County Sheriff’s Office
WILLIAM JAMES MIDDLE SCHOOL — A juvenile girl stabbed a juvenile boy with a pencil. The two were working in a group and the boy did none of his work, claiming, “The group didn’t help me.” When the girl told him, “That is a lie,” the by held out his arm and challenged her to stab him. She did, she admitted, but according to reports stated she didn’t mean to stab him so hard. The girl was crying when deputies questioned her and appeared remorseful, reports stated. The boy was smiling throughout his interview, according to incident reports.
BRUISER CIRCLE — A woman reported the theft of a dirt bike from her garage.
LANIER ROAD — A woman said another woman, a visitor, stole her son’s Ritalin from her purse. She said the other woman admitted it, but when deputies questioned the suspect, she denied doing so.
