    Rodney Spencer Morris, 33, East Main Street — wanted person.
    Graham Robinson Lynch, 36, Southeast Hampton Trail, Conyers — wanted person.
    James Edward Holmes, 28, Robin Hood Lane — suspended license, expired tag.
    Jordan Hunter Nipper, 19, Lanier Drive — theft by shoplifting, possession of a false ID, underage possession of alcohol.
    Obinna Christopher Okeh, 18, South Main Street — marijuana possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.
    Amy L. Polan-Sutton, 42, Georgia Highway 23 North, Metter — theft by shoplifting.
     Lagrant Clark, 52, South College Street — public intoxication, disorderly conduct.
    PLATINUM LOUNGE — A man suffered a head injury requiring five stitches after an unknown person struck him in the head.
    EAST GEORGIA REGIONAL MEDICAL CENTER — A man said another man struck him with his shoulder while they were in the emergency room.
    DORSEY AUTO CARE — A man said he was struck in the head with a concrete block by an unknown person who rifled through his wallet, but took nothing. Police are investigating.
    GEORGIA VILLAS — A woman reported two laptop computers, a Wii console, jewelry and book bags stolen.
    TAHITI TRAIL — A woman said her ex-boyfriend came to her house with unknown females and started a fight. She said she was injured and EMS treated her at the scene.
    WALMART — Several men stole a 15-pack of Budweiser beer, a 12-pack of Bud Light, three bottles of Barefoot wine, a pack of Mike’s Hard Lemonade, a pack of Smirnoff beverages, a pack of Jack Daniels beverages, two hats and a man’s robe.  They fled from store employees.
    KMART — A former employee snatched a $100 bill from the café register.
In a separate incident, a woman shoplifted an umbrella, manicure kit, wallet and several makeup items.
    THE COVE AT SOUTHERN — Several pairs of shoes, $350 cash, a watch, two Xbox 360 consoles, Xbox games, and a Nintendo DS were stolen.
    STATE FARM — (North College Street) Someone stole several computers, a voice recorder, an iPad, cameras, camcorders, a scanner, a briefcase and a leather duffel bag.

    Joseph Earl Myrick, 28, Brooklet — DUI (refused test).

    Officers issued three traffic citations Tuesday.
    Austin Thomas Hinkley, 18, Kennedy Hall — underage possession of alcohol.
    Tyler Reid Watson, 23, Brunswick — DUI (.133), too fast for conditions and open container. 

    Officers issued four traffic warnings and assisted 10 motorists Tuesday.
    DINING COMMONS — Officers responded to a sick person report in which an unresponsive male was discovered at a table. EMS responded and checked the subject, who stated he had been drinking, and his blood alcohol content was measured at 0.204 percent. The man was arrested and charged with underage possession of alcohol. 
    OLYMPIC BOULEVARD — Officers responded to East Georgia Regional Medical Center for a report of a student being stabbed at Olympic Boulevard. Investigation revealed that the student had a small laceration on his hand that required stitches. He said the cut occurred during an altercation with fraternity brothers at the Alpha Tau Omega House. He signed a waiver of prosecution.
