    Zachary James Abell, 20, Treetop Circle — underage possession of alcohol and giving false information.
    Franklin Delacruz Jr., 24, Suwon Court, Fort Stewart — suspended license.

Incidents
    WILLOW BEND APARTMENTS — A woman reported Adderall stolen from her car.
    WHISPERING PINES BOULEVARD — A man and woman argued over when a paycheck was going to be cashed. The man was arrested on simple battery charges.
    THE FORUM — A woman reported being sexually assaulted but investigation revealed a rape had not occurred, according to Statesboro Public Safety Director Wendell Turner.
    DONEHOO STREET — A woman said a man threatened her and demanded she write him a check.
    PARK PLACE APARTMENTS — A woman said a man followed her into the complex, blocked her in, caused a collision and threatened her. He was arrested.
    THE AVENUE AT SOUTHERN — Someone reported a laptop computer stolen

    Rodney Dillon Todd, 21, Jim Rowe Hightower Road, Collins — DUI (refused test), obstruction, failure to maintain lane.
    David Allen Hobbs, 25, Billy Mikell Road — simple battery.
    Ramone Sanchez Branch, 21, Railroad Street, Millen — no insurance.
    Wesley Monroe Bush, 20, First Down Court — possession of marijuana with intent to distribute, possession of psilocybin (mushrooms).

    Brent William Russell, 23, Comer — disorderly conduct and obstruction - misdemeanor.
    Maureen Magrowski Lerma, 53, Sylvania —  DUI - refusal, passing in a no passing zone, headlights required and driving on the wrong side of the road.
    Daniel Ray Russell, 24, Augusta — DUI and failure to obey a traffic control device.
    Cleon Andre Stainrod, 22, Conyers —  disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana - less than 1 ounce, possession of a drug related object and obstruction - misdemeanor.
Incidents
    Officers wrote 9 traffic warnings and assisted 15 motorists.
