Arrests
    Ryan Michael Zernach,  19, The Forum apartments  —marijuana possession with intent to distribute; possession of controlled substances within the vicinity of public schools; possession/use of a drug related object.
    Lucas L. Frink, 18, Frink Road  — tag light requirements, stop sign violation, marijuana possession.
    Rashaud Brown, 18, West Jones Avenue  — marijuana possession.
    Michael Howe, 24, Palmetto Trace, Hinesville  —pedestrian under the influence, pedestrian must walk on sidewalk or shoulder of road, public intoxication and crossing the road at other than a crosswalk.
    Eric Lasha Porter, 28, Bill Hodges Road, Claxton  — wanted person.

Incidents
    BUNZ  — (Chandler Road) A man said he was walking from the club when a man asked him for a cigarette. Then someone punched him from behind and he blacked out, he said. When he recovered, he saw his wallet and a piece of paper that had been in his pocket, on the ground, but nothing was missing. He declined EMS treatment.
    GORDON STREET  — A man said another male struck him in the head with a gun after demanding money. He said the offender stole something from him, but police incident reports do not list the stolen property.
    COASTAL COUNTERTOPS  — Someone damaged a work truck at the Hill Street location to the point it was not drivable.
    THE POINTE AT SOUTHERN  — A PlayStation console was stolen.
    DODD CIRCLE  — A man punched a hole in a wall during an argument.
    SEASONS APARTMENTS  — Someone reported two TVs and a hot pink Hot Wheels cycle stolen.
    WILDWOOD VILLAS  — A woman said a man choked her after suspecting she talked to another male.
    WEST JONES AVENUE  — Police recovered a 9 mm handgun and ammunition after pursuing a car that ran a stop sign. During investigation of the chase, officers found a backpack containing the gun.
    PLANTATION VILLAS  — A woman said another woman took furniture, appliances and other items from their home.
    ROBIN HOOD TRAIL  — Someone stole a purse and $40 cash, stun gun and camera from a car.
    THE COVE AT SOUTHERN — Someone reported a burglary during which a laptop computer and Sony PlayStation 3 were stolen. Someone kicked in a door to enter the apartment.
    CARMIKE CINEMA  — A blue 2005 Ford F250 was stolen. It was later recovered in Bryan County.
    COMFORT INN & SUITES  — A woman said she and a man engaged in a physical confrontation resulting in injuries.
    THE FORUM  — Police are investigating a reported rape after a woman went to the hospital, and hospital staff contacted authorities.

Arrests

Incidents
    WKYLE SORREL ROAD  — (Clito) A man was arrested for firing a gun while intoxicated.
    BURKHALTER ROAD  —(Statesboro) A man reported the theft of a radar detector, wallet, hunting license, credit cards and cash, a 9 mm Glock handgun and a .380- caliber Ruger LCP from a vehicle.
    Another man reported the theft of a wallet, laptop computer, gift cards and bank cards from a vehicle.
    A third victim reported the theft of a wallet and its contents from a vehicle.
    A fourth victim on this road reported a pool vacuum missing.
    KING ARTHUR DRIVE  — (Statesboro) A man reported the theft of an Adderall prescription from his vehicle.
    KENENDY BRIDGE ROAD — (Register) A man reported catching two women stealing pecans from his trees.
    DOY NEWTON MOBILE HOME PARK  —(Clito) A woman said another woman stole a camera.
    GEORGIA HIGHWAY 67  — (Statesboro) A woman said her employer, a doctor, grabbed her wrist and was verbally abusive regarding office issues.
    PAMELA WAY  —(Statesboro) A man reported someone illegally obtaining water and cable services.
    LOTTS CREEK ROAD  — A man was arrested after he admitted using an ax to slash holes in a mobile home he rented, as well as break windows.
    DOGWOOD ACRES  — (Statesboro) A woman said two men asked who she was, and she told them not to worry about who she was. Then her sister asked the men why they wanted to know, and they threatened to rape both females.
    INTERSTATE 16  —(Statesboro) A motorcycle driver on the wrong side of the road accelerated to 95 miles per hour as deputies pursued. When he finally stopped he was arrested on drunk driving and many other charges.
    WOODYARD ROAD  —(Brooklet) A man said a neighbor aimed a halogen light at him and his wife, and played loud music.
    POLARIS  — (Statesboro) Someone cut a chain and lock and stole a utility trailer.
    ARCOLA ROAD  —(Brooklet) A man reported a Savage rifle and $1,300 cash stolen.

    Troopers reported the following activity over the weekend:

Incidents
    Officers issued one traffic citation between Friday and Sunday.
    Officers issued nine traffic warnings, and officers assisted eight motorists between Friday and Sunday.

    Central  911 dispatchers also routed the following calls Friday — a call to Air Evac, five calls to Bulloch County First Responders and a call to Emanuel County 911.
